" Somewhere between the sacred silence and sleep " - SOAD At least once in your life  path , you must have had to deal with a toxic person.  You know, this friend or relative who's always stressing you out, this boyfriend/girlfriend who keeps making you feel down and unconfident, or who is so needy and capricious... what is actually suffocating you.  For a reason or another, they are still making part of your life. It  might be your feelings of love and affection for this person, or the fact that you consider him/her as your friend, or whatever reason atually that still keeps them right there.  What is certain is that they have bad impact on you, also on your brain and on your emotional balance and feels. They are hurting you in so many levels and our emotional affective side makes us become more patient and hold on with the hope of an upcoming change...

Follow my blog with Bloglovin Normally I am no fan of Sundays. I just don’t like this last day of the week. I don’t know if it’s just me, but as chill as it can be, it ends up being boring and lame. Don’t you agree? It might start happily, slowly, we’re taking it easy. We wake up a little later than usual, get our breakfast and try to enjoy this very moment. Sometimes when it’s sunny and fresh we go out, we go for a walk, or to the beach in the summer days… at least we have fun with family or friends and have some of those moments when we chill and relax.   It starts cool mostly, we like it so far, until the early evening, when the sun is about to go down.  In my memories, this instant of the day is associated with the sound of the flock of birds flying back to their home.  This sound has always annoyed me, but on Sundays it has more effect, I think,  than the rest of the week.  I feel it adds sadness to this particular day, it reminds you t...

What we are used to forget is that women work in cycles .  There are some periods when they can be « normal » , behaving very normally and peacefully, then other moments when they even themselves dont know whats wrong with them . How to understand a Long Distance Relationship

If you are in a long-distance relationship from the beginning, since you first met, it's not that hard to survive I think, because you know that you are only waiting for a little bit of time and then you will be reunited and you're gonna live the daily life of a real relationship, every day, every night. But when the distance arrives after you have already lived something together for a while, and when it has to be this way and there is no other clue, then I will admit: it is really TOUGH!  But still doable ...
