There are some simple things that we can do, think believe or say, so powerful in a way that they can fill our lives with positivity and good vibes.
It is not difficult, it doesnt require any thing at all, but it can change EVERYTHING, it can make a life BETTER.
Such as meditation, You may have been hearing it everywhere in every sort of ways, but the truth is that it is not just a trend or a new fancy word we use anyhow. It is really a process able to change your mood instantly, a kind of reboot to your system and a boost of positivity.
☆ How is that working ?
Expressing gratitude is telling your mind to believe that there is something good in life, you are telling it to not worry and to believe that the best is yet to come.
You are giving some parts of your body and of your soul a reason to be well, a reason to be in the best shape and the best mood.

To me gratitude is to be thankful for anything in life, in your own life, small or big it doesn't matter. Because since it exists, it is there it has something to do with what you are now and how you are for sure.
★Thankful for «being alive» is the basic ! And it is the most important of all. Because since there is life there is hope.
★Thankful for family, for friends, for important people put in the path of your life... it makes you love those people even more because you remind yourself that you are happy for being surrounded by them.
★Thankful for health, or for medicine and all the help you get if ever you're ill, be thankful and smile. Gratitude is always followed by a natural smile, that is why you feel better.
★Be grateful for the sun, for the rain, for the good smell of nature, for the good food you have, be grateful because you smile, because you are who you are now, be grateful because you have a goal, because you'll have a second chance...
Any little tiny detail matters and has the power to make you happier, don't waste the opportunity. There is a 100 opportunities to feel a little happier each time, there is an infinity of little things in a life, you can always feel happy if you want to.
For that, you can keep a gratitude journal, as you can also just express it orally or think of it in your head.
The most important thing is to make sure you make it a moment when your full body and mind is aware of what you are thinking.
Gratitude doesn't have a specific time to be expressed, it can be expressed when ever, where ever and how ever you want eventually.
Feel free to chose what works best for you, the way you feel it.
Do not complicate things, because what matters is the result it has on you right after.
